Technically it was Day 5 of NYFW, but it was my first day attending shows for the week. I didn’t really know what I wanted to wear because the weather was so crazy that week (so much snow 🙁 ) This outfit was planned last minute, while I was looking around H&M for a few last minute things. Amongst looking, I found this scuba skirt. Once I saw it, I had to have it. It’s so voluminous. I don’t have a skirt like this in my collection. Then, while I was still walking around, I found this quilted shirt and figured it would work together as a monochromatic look. I already had my gray coat from H&M for a few months and thought it would go perfectly with my outfit and have it stand out a little more. I went with these black cutout booties form Charlotte Russe because I wanted to be comfortable and I wasn’t going to slip and slide around Brooklyn and Manhattan in heels; so I opted for these. It the type of shoe that you dress up or down and I like that type of versatility in shoes. To tie the whole look together, I wore gold accessories (loved those earrings from F21!), a humongous black bag which came in handy that day and to add more color, I decided to wear a pink lipstick from MAC.
I have one more OOTD and more show recaps. I just wanted to break up the monotony of constant NYFW coverage.
Have a great day, loves!
