  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that this is the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include the shipping transit time.

  • Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase and an estimated delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Order Modifications: We cannot guarantee changes to orders after they have been placed. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the weight of the package, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below is an overview of the available shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Shipping Cost: $5.99 (free on orders over $75)
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days
    • Shipping Cost: $14.99
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 1 business day (order must be placed by 1 PM PST for next-day delivery)
    • Shipping Cost: $29.99

International Shipping:

Fashion Runs the World proudly ships to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

  • Standard International Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination
    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Express International Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination
    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, duties and taxes may be applicable depending on the destination country. Fashion Runs the World is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred during the shipping process. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery times provided above refer to business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude holidays.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may affect the arrival of your package. Fashion Runs the World is not responsible for shipping delays due to such events but will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Fashion Runs the World is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at [email protected], and we will assist in resolving the issue. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.

  • Shipping to Multiple Locations: If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping location.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

6. Shipping Promotions & Free Shipping

From time to time, Fashion Runs the World may offer special promotions, including free shipping on qualifying orders. These promotions are subject to change and may have certain conditions, such as minimum purchase amounts or specific regions. Free shipping offers apply to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout.

7. International Shipping Policies

For our international customers, please note the following:

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. Fashion Runs the World has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

  • Shipping Timeframes: International shipments can be delayed due to customs processing or unforeseen events in the destination country. We ask for your patience in the event of such delays.
