When items are returned, refunds are processed using the original payment method. If no proof of purchase is available, we may ask for identification, and a refund will be issued at the current price via a Fashion Runs the World gift card.

  • Ship items using the prepaid label we’ll email for you to print at home. No printer? Just show your QR code at an eligible USPS or FedEx location, and they will print the label for you.
  • Returns are typically processed in 8–12 business days, and refunds can be expected 3–5 business days after that.

How do I exchange an item?

How are refunds credited?

Refunds are credited to the original form of payment, including gift cards. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we may issue a refund in the form of a gift card. Keep your gift card—even if it has a $0 balance—as refunds may be credited back to it.

How do I make an international return?

For returns outside the U.S., please contact our customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Mail the completed form and your items to us at JM55+R4 Seattle, Washington, United States.

Do I need a receipt for my return?

Having your receipt or order number will help speed up the process, but if you don’t have one, we’ll try to find your purchase record. If no record of the sale is available, we may require personal identification and issue a refund via a Fashion Runs the World gift card.

What about items containing hazardous materials?

These items need to be shipped separately and labeled appropriately according to USPS regulations. Be sure to use the special label we provide.

Balsam Hill Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or by December 25 (whichever comes first). To return Balsam Hill items, please contact us at +1 (206) 499-5936. These products cannot be returned in-store or by mail.

Casper Beds:

Fine Jewelry:

Follow the instructions provided in your shipment. You must include the return section of the packing slip and insure the package. Fine jewelry may also be returned to Fashion Runs the World stores that carry fine jewelry.

Fashion Runs the World gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Green Shipping: To minimize waste, your order may arrive in a recycled shipping box.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
